Advertising not happening in Nordic

1. I able to flash the hex file & see board are getting advertising , whatever you hex file.

2 . My problem is By using Make file I generated one hex file. whatever in the link

provided That one I flash in to the board. That time board is not advertising.

please help guys ........

I don't know why ?
