nrf_cal_get_time() called when CAL_RTC->COUNTER is not reseted

It sometimes happens that "nrf_cal_get_time" is called when COUNTER hasn't been yet trully reseted See TASK and EVENT jitter/delay here : https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.nordic.infocenter.nrf52832.ps.v1.1%2Ftimer.html
