will not open after windows said it closed it to protect pc

i tried to open windows said no but i said run anyway it closed automatically i tried to run as admin. no warning still would not work i have the c++ and the other two required downloads i have a fully updated new game and am attempting to run seemless coop it has worked in the past but it suddenly stopped

the log said it was missing dll
