Crash on adding multiple items

This bug is a hit or miss, when giving myself multiple items E.G crafting mats for exalted flesh the tool loads then just closes, It's done it with and without other mods, (ERR and Convergence). Not sure what could be causing it so I've "hopefully" attached the log.txt
