[Suggestion] Refresh Player Information (or the Debug Tool entirely)

Reason: Currently exiting to the menu and loading back into the game causes the Player tab stuff to go haywire. Meaning that setting TeamType and Resource locks don't get saved across refreshes. Making it difficult to do repeated map editing without closing and relaunching the tool every time.

Method: A button that refreshes Debug Tool from within the program, in order for it to "pick up" the Player tab stuff again.

This is actually a bug. Gimme a minute and I will post a build with a fix. It should just automatically refresh.
