Add a "What's New" dialog when a new version has been installed listing updates. Add a setting to disable it. Also include a disable checkbox in the popup itself.
E.g. +/- to expand and collapse (list vs section?!?) c to toggle compact mode
Show percentage filled (towards reaching WiP limit) in top bars similar to a progress bar.
Add WiP limits to sections as well, e.g. `## Section [3]` to add a WiP limit of 3
Currently the code uses the list title to remember the viewstate. This means multiple lists with same name is going to confuse the extension.
