[Bug]: Tons of errors after Larian changed the launcher

Bug Summary

Ever since Larian swapped the DOS2 launcher, I'm having a ton of issues with mods.

• Script extender disables when leaving multiplayer
• Constantly getting story compilation errors, even when using a known stable mod only
• Icons not loading

Not sure what's going on. Spent hours troubleshooting but out of ideas.
