Bug Summary

So basically I kept countering this issue/bug that I got like "offline" in game when finish a conversation or main-story battle, the situation is like NO interaction to anything or NO feedback when switch characters, use other items or click others (can move with selected character but team members will not follow), during the issue, when I use Load Save or Exit Game, the game will crashes to black screen; when go to main screen, the bottom line shows "Disconnect (Script Extender V57)", how can I fix this problem?
