Vortex failing to read .pak files

Vortex is failing to read the .pak files for mods that I am trying to install, please look into and address this. Screenshot attached. Vortex error

I have the exact same issue going on right now. Though this is the first time I am trying out mods for BG3, I assumed I messed something up.
