Specified Method Is Not Supported
I've attempted to use both the latest pre-release(v1.19.3) at the time of this post and building the application myself using Visual Studio and while using Story (OSI) Tools I'm constantly getting the following error:
"Specified method is not supported"
I've tried this on modded and un-modded saves, old and new saves. It always has the same outcome.
I've attempted to use earlier versions (v1.18.7, v1.19.0, v1.19.2) on the OLDER save files they work in v1.18.7 and v1.19.0, but not on v1.19.2, which throws the same error.
The newer saves on these versions throw a variety of errors, which I will gladly post if requested. I'm assuming it was due to the compression method changing.
I'm still able to dump saves though.

Sadly, no. I've tried it on different computers with fresh installs of windows too. The Discord has been no help last time I checked either.

I was able to load my save by getting rid of it, where before I got the same method not supported exception.

Thanks, but I cannot find instructions on how to "build the app" I'm not sure what to do after I follow the main page and paste in these dependencies. How do I "build" **At least all the methods I've tried using VS Code end up producing massive errors
To build the tools you'll need to get the following dependencies:
Download GPLex 1.2.2 from here and extract it to the External\gplex\ directory Download GPPG 1.5.2 from here and extract it to the External\gppg\ directory Protocol Buffers 3.6.1 compiler from here and extract it to the External\protoc\ directory

This method easily opened the save and allowed me to edit it. But, I cannot save the file again, regardless of whether or not it was edited. I'm not blaming the method that fixed it just a new problem arising. See bellow for error
