Please add the ability to add new rows to Story editor

As title says. I need to add a flag to quest closed (GLO_Tadpole_SUB_Druid) and remove it from the open quests, as the quest triggers are all broken it seems.

Yes I have the same request related to the Karlach romance status.

The game is really messed up in terms of trying to romance Karlach but people have found a way to modify the database to change the "dating" flag from someone else to Karlach. However, if you're not dating anyone (and at some point in the game it's impossible to start dating someone), then there is no such "dating" row in the database to modify.

Option to remove lines would be nice too, since removing dating with somebody isn't possible unless you replace the data with someone else
