NorESM Create N1850-esm compset for noresm3

We need to create a piControl-esm compset to start running emisson-driven fully coupled simulations.

Which forcing files are missing? We should aim for CMIP7, but if that's missing we can try CMIP6+ forcing files.

We are missing an interactive carbon cycle in the land model, when will that be ready?

@tjiputra Hi Jerry, have you made an N1850-esm compset for noresm3dev? Can we close this then?

@adagj, I created this issue https://github.com/NorESMhub/noresm3_dev_simulations/issues/115, and manage to run it. Technically it seems to work for piControl-esm, but this has to be re-tested once the land CO2 fluxes is transferred to the atmosphere. Currently the land fluxes are zeros, even though there seems to be outputs of NEP from land. @rosiealice , @kjetilaas

There is one for testing now #701, maybe poorly named, but we will reconfigure aliases anyway before release. So, not closing this yet.
