NF compsets with oslo_aero crashes due to missing soil_erod_files

HPC platform: Betzy
Compiler (if applicable):

Temporary solution for running the experiments is using Zender dust parameterisation instead of Leung. More information in the description of the experiments. These are not yet added but will edit this file when it is repeated.
