Cannot open Leapp by clicking on System Tray icon on Windows

Describe the bug I've had this bug for over a year on multiple systems but it was never fixed so I ultimately decided to open an issue.

Leapp Version Add the version of your Leapp (you can find it under taskbar -> about or Leapp -> about on MacOS X)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Leapp.
2. Click the X to reduce it to System Tray.
3. Click on System Tray icon.
4. You are unable to re-open the program. (as a workaround you can click on the program executable)

Expected behavior I expected that clicking the System Tray icon would show me the interface of the program.

Thanks, @garysassano; I was able to reproduce the bug. As a workaround, until we fix the issue, you can right-click the icon on the system tray and click "Show".
