Idea: Release portable & installable packages for Windows

Prior to the 0.11.0 release you released a "portable" .zip file that had all of the components available as standalone. For the 0.11.0 release you released a .zip file that contained a Setup.exe file. For the 0.11.1 release you released a .zip file that had all of the components available as standalone.

I have always disliked the "portable" .zip because then I have to keep track of where I stash the latest version and open it. I was very happy to see the Setup file for 0.11.0 but now that 0.11.1 has released you switched back to "portable" and I can't properly install an updated version.

I recognize that people have differing opinions on what works best for them, but I think it would be useful to offer both options for Windows.

It is indeed a mistake. The correct file is the setup one, which is also the digitally signed one; we are currently working on redoing our release pipeline and the wrong zip was uploaded to our repository, thanks for letting us know. We have invalidated our cache to point to the correct file for the newer release. In the future, we will give the possibility to have both available for download.
