Add Feature: Transparent window all time

Please add the feature or make a new extension which will make all windows transparent all the time rather than only when moving or resizeing . For example ubuntu terminal and vs code already have those featues. So, Please add the feature for all applications.

If possible, it would be wonderful to be able to change a window's opacity by, for example, scrolling the mouse wheel on its title bar.
