top bar is not resized when moving to secondary monitor

Screenshot from 2021-11-06 11-28-49 the image contains a neofetch, which should explain my strange monitor setup. i have two extra monitors, both set to 980x1568 and vertical. when the bar is moved off of the first monitor to the second monitor, it is not resized to fit the monitor.
