Maximized apps keep secondary monitor width after exit fullscreen

On Gnome 45, if my browser is maximized, sometimes it keeps the maximized state after exiting fullscreen, but shows the width of the secondary monitor (it has a lower resolution in my case). I suspect it has to do with the width of the panel updating after the app restores its state.
