Compatibility issue with Blur My Shell extension

There is a slight compatibility issue with the Blur My Shell extension where the bar on the secondary monitor is transparent, but has no blur.

This seems like a low-hanging fruit, and there is actually an open issue on the Blur My Shell repository.

I do believe the issue lies on the BMS side of things, but it would be nice if you could give @aunetx a hand on this.
