Remove multiple SPDX-License-Identifiers

An approach to resolve Issue #95.

The new version of the flattener concatenates multiple SPDX-License-Identifiers and keeps only the license of the contract to be flattened at the beginning as is.

Updated the tests as well and ran successfully on Ubuntu-20.04.
