Typechain support

Support the return of typechain types from hre.ignition.deploy(module).

This will likely involve codegen and/or changes in typechain.

We need to add changes to the types to support typechain. We will send a PR, hopefully it comes in before 0.5.

We have not progressed typechain support in Ignition. Typechain is now deprecated as a project, which makes us hesitant to invest resources here.

We are going to look to including this capability via hardhat-typechain for Ignition in Hardhat 3.
