Running eth_call with gas price related fields should set a gas limit and validate the user's balance

We are incompatible with what geth does now. Please take a look at this issue to understand more: https://github.com/NomicFoundation/hardhat-ignition/pull/684

I believe that this should be a pretty easy fix.
