Remove PDF hover menu

It's been incorporated into Obsidian, and has caused some issues before. See:

But I won't remove it if there's still a demand for it, or if it can be improved - as per a previous issue, a right click would be better than a hover. I personally don't use this feature, so I'm tagging some people in previous related issues: @mnaoumov, @mzwoelfer, @weldcloudnotes, @Friedolito, do you still use this feature, or know for any utility for it, now that the Obsidian native PDF menu has improved?

Once the change is made the readme here (with a historical note) and the description at obsidian-releases (https://github.com/obsidianmd/obsidian-releases/commit/6e621ce6c85b96f305f6ac163f73664cb982a5e6) should be updated.

The PDF hover menu made sense in previous Obsidian versions before they updated the PDF engine. It can be safely removed now

I'm specifically asking if someone has this feature in the plugin enabled and uses it still, and wants to keep using it. If there's no objection within 2 weeks, I'll remove it.
