Update to Borg Version 1.4.1 (2025-04-19)

Hi,

Borg has been updated to Version 1.4.1, maybe you want to update the container to make use of that :)

Also why is :latest not the latest version? Confusing me a little

The Image is based on debian and i'm using the packaged borg version debian supplies.

In the trixie tag is v1.4.0, while 1.4.1 is only available in sid. I keep the latest tag to the latest stable debian release, once trixie is released i would change it.

Alternatively someone would have to rebuild the container on the python packages to keep the version uptodate, but i'm not using this container anymore, so i only maintain it rarely 😅

I just created a new tag unstable (which relates to debian sid/unstable) which contains borgbackup 1.4.1, if you can give it a shot that would be great, as i can't test it right now..
