What is the best way the community can help out?

Thanks very very much for asking. That "unsigned install" modal needs a better guide, with screenshots. It would be awesome to get help there.

There is a lot for me to do:

  • [x] Community section (the most important part)
  • [ ] Internationalization
  • [ ] Error handling
  • [ ] Opera/Edge/Chrome version
  • [ ] Figure out Microsoft Edge extensions
  • [ ] Screenshots on listing
  • [ ] Better addon description on listing
  • [ ] Better styling of the app (CSS/UX/UI)

It would be nice if someone can help take screenshots of the new version, and touch up the message on the AMO listing to cover the social feature (privacy first social feature forum/vote - no login just pick display name) etc.

I also need help with improving the CSS/UX/UI of the app that opens up. If anyone would like to do that, that would be very welcome! Whatever design changes you implement I'll apply it!

I managed to find a download URL for an Edge extension using my HTTP proxy debugger. I was successfully able to install the extension to Firefox. However, the following issues may be a problem:

  • The download URL is linked to a Microsoft account.
  • It is against the Microsoft Store UELA to use the file streaming server to download the files.
  • I could find no relationship between the download URL and extension URL on the store. As for releasing versions for other browsers, you might be out of luck.
  • Microsoft Edge extensions must be side-loaded and cannot be installed through the browser.
  • Opera already has a similar addon.
  • Chrome requires you to use the chrome object to access extension APIs, and uses callback functions rather than promises.

I can offer a couple hours to style the config pages a bit, maybe even come up with an idea for a new logo if necessary ?

Is there any readme/contributing that I can refer to on how to help ?
