Does not work for "page monitor"

Looks like you were trying to get it signed by AMO. You should be able to install an unsigned version.

Unless the developer (or somebody else) changes the jQuery library to an accepted/supported release, I don't think there's anything that can be done about it.

AMO is a good bit more selective/security conscious than the Google Chrome Store, these days.
