Feature Request: SQL Query time

Would be cool to have a list of sql queries and their execution time.

Beside that, thanks for this awesome extension!!!

This is somewhat related to https://github.com/NoiseByNorthwest/php-spx/issues/206 except the fact that your use case is still in the area of profiling. But this is still a lot of work, starting from the spec with many cases to clarify.
