There is no POST /posts/:pid/bookmark in v2 API document

So how can I mark a topic or a post to mark bookmarked: true ?

@founder1992 Oh jeez, I didn't notice this. Did you also make changes to v2/readme.md? Let me know that commit as well and I will cherry-pick it in :+1:
