Check/uncheck all

Add buttons for checking and unchecking all checkboxes.

Options:

• There could be separate buttons for each category
• There could be one button for both actions, flipping everything on and off. If the buttons are partially checked, start by checking them all

OR

• Instead of (big) buttons, maybe use labelled links in parens next to the group name like (check all - uncheck all)

A nice way of doing it would be to use a qTreeWidget to arrange all options, but it is currently not supported in SpyderConfigPage.
