Autorun on save

Similar to removing whitespace at end of lines on save.

Unchecked by default of course as it can potentially be dangerous.

It is not possible right now, the save method provides no way to run something in advance. I'm reluctant to try some ugly hack... Signals won't work either, as there would be a race condition between the save and the autopep8 run.
