Switch ID generation routines - needs tested

This is the changes to the JS API ported to Python - it switches to the C++ RNG from the Lehman one. Needs tested as I don't have infrastructure to do so.

For me, this works. running 3 days now. Using the non-patched version accounts are sb now (had a small test side to side)
