[Feature Request] Up accounts to lvl 2

Hi,

When injecting new accounts into Monocle, it takes a while before all of them are getting upped to lvl 2, and therefore, we got quite a lot of captchas in the meantime. Wouldn't it be possible when a lvl 1 account logs in to first send it to the closest pokestop and spin it (using pokestops locations from the map) so it immediately gets upped to lvl 2 and stops getting captchas ? This should be the very first action of a lvl 1 account before trying to scan for anything.

Although not 100% what was requested, there's a bug in Monocle that makes it so none of the new accounts will ever spin a pokéstop until they've completed the tutorial and you then restart your instances.

Fixed in #353, this should help considerably.
