selective IV checks based on a pre-defined filter

Right now its either all or nothing for IV checks. As IV checks now have a clear delineation for over lvl30 accounts, I would like to suggest that an ability to check for IV on select poke with a separate account list will be highly utilized, and is needed for feature comparison.

This is the only thing I miss about RocketMap. I hope someone can do this?!

This is something that would be highly useful. At the very least, it would be nice if ENCOUNTER configuration setting could be considered only for accounts above level 30, so that, if IVs are shown, they are reliable.
