diagram / graph in pdf export

What you want:

Hi,

brilliant app, really loving the pdf export and how customizable it is.

I am missing an option to add the graph to the export. Maybe I missed the option in the app, if I didn't though, it would be lovely if that would be possible.

Why you want it:

When exporting the values in pdf it is mostly to be able to hand it to my doctor. I'm aware they all have different preferences but the diagram is always quite helpful to identify peaks on a glance.
