2 Issues : Voting in a long list & css issue

When there are lots of comments, and you click 'Show X previous comments' there is no ability to vote anymore. Also, when you comment, the voting disappears.

And this only occurs due to the plugin, since 1.6.1 : the comment here : http://peatarian.com/15348/pregnenolone-and-stress?show=15360#c15360 It shifts the buttons under the comment out of sight.
