Known issue, it is going to be fixed.

This issues page is meant for bugs in the code, such as ones that cause people to crash, not issues with players in the community, please communicate with the server...

That's not a bug, that is intended, your stats are tied to your UID and Name, change one, and you get a new stats profile.

There was an attempt at one point, but it had issues.

It uses DirectX 9 June 2010

There was no headshot medal in halo 3, not an issue.

The medal was removed as it had issues iirc.
