Media Player half screen

When OpenLauncher is my home screen, any video I play in media player is half height (top half of screen is blank, video is pushed down under the screen). If I go back to the default googletv home screen, media player is back to normal.

This issue only happens on Sony Google TV devices. The issue has been reported to Sony and they are investigating.
