Yes, I just committed a generic progress dialog for this specific purpose. I only implemented for the recursive compression, but plan on adapting it to other areas.

Indexing would also likely change these times. The scanning process already reads this data (FILE_DIRECTORY_INFORMATION::LastAccessTime), but I don't think I'd be interested in incorporating it given the lack of consistency....
