Configurable device.properties path

Related to https://github.com/matlink/gplaycli/issues/158, do you think it could be interesting to make the device.properties file configurable? For example, having

  • one option to specify another path for the device.properties to use
  • one option to force the SDK version to use, independently of the device

This might come forward as a requirement in some cases. Will be helpful if made configurable.
