googleplay-api Error processing purchase. [DF-BPA-30]

This occurs when attempting to download Words with Friends (com.zynga.words)

I get

gpapi.googleplay.RequestError: 'Google Play purchases are not supported in your country. Unfortunately you will not be able to complete purchases.'

If I try to search for com.zynga.words, It is not available in results, I can see only com.zynga.words3. Maybe this app is not available for all countries, or it may be deleted since there is a newer version

Based on my experience, the Play Store sometimes throttles if you use the same GSF ID too much and starts spewing out random errors that have nothing to do with the actual issue - it's throttling you. DF-BPA-30 is one such error. DF-DLA-21 and "purchases not supported in your country" are some other examples.
