Error when taking screenshot then hangs on processing screenshot

Log above, I have a suspicion and a concern here:

Suspicion: This is due to my pictures directory being on a different lettered volume, however creating a junction in my user directory to it does not resolve the issue

Concern: If this is the case, why is the plugin not coded to respect hard links?

Would someone be able to confirm this behavior besides myself? I have limited space on my C drive so I'd rather not have to try moving my pictures directory back over.

Update - I did some file management and moved Pictures back to my C drive, something is very broken here, can I please get some assistance? This it the only plugin that isn't working for me.
