Allow connection to multiple wallets and accounts

The use-wallet library allows for the multiple wallet providers and wallet accounts to be connected at the same time, but only one of the connected accounts on one of the connected providers is allowed to be the "active" account. Allowing the user to connect multiple wallet provider or multiple wallet accounts may make it easier to sign for them to sign multisignature or group transactions.
