[Feature Request] Live Mode: Display who is making changes in route

As a player i want to see who is making changes right now and get these changes highlighted so it is easier for the group to find these changes in the route.

Explanation: Would be nice to see which group member is making a change in the live route so other group members are able to discuss about that change when multiple members are marking.

Possible Solution: Maybe display this as a forced tooltip on the mob group which was marked/demarked.
