VanishNoPacket support

Hello, I have a few scripts where it would be great if Skript had support for VanishNoPacket, (like when a player (un)vanishes, and who (un)vanishes).

Events: "On vanish" "on unvanish"

Conditions: "if player is vanished" "if player is not vanished"

All this would be greatly appreciated.

(one thing I would use it for is an online staff list.)
