Opening a website for a player

Basically I would really love to have an effect that works the same as a player clicking on a link!

Something like:

command /vote: Trigger: Open "http://www.somevotingwebsite.com" to player

I personally don't think this is possible, since a link will only open if a player clicks on the link. This is so servers can't abuse the feature and make players click on links to pages with viruses etc.
