[Spark tutorial] Add a tutorial on how to use statsforecast and spark

Description

Recently, we changed the statsforecast API to receive AnyDataframe instead of using a backend. The task consists of changing this tutorial and replacing the backend class with the native integration of AnyDataframe (using the StatsForecast class and the forecast method).
