inklingreader: init at unstable-2017-09-07
Description of changes
Add inklingreader, a GNU/Linux-friendly version of the Wacom Inkling SketchManager.
The project isn't in active development any more, but works well and builds without issues for the most recent revision. As far as I've seen, PRs are still welcome, and the developer seems to respond, even if with a little bigger latency.
The tool is very useful for people like me who still own a Wacom Inkling. Without inklingreader I would have got rid of the Inkling because its usability got crippled by Wacom no longer supporting the official software and never caring enough about Linux users.
