Datadog monitors are duplicated if you rename them

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a monitor
  2. Rename it
  3. Notice the old instance is not deleted

How do you even Rename a monitor? Ah.. I found it... hidden away in the "Notify Your Team" scetion of "Monitor Edit"
