space out the output of "building ..." in `nixos-rebuild`

the output of the nixos-rebuild command shows the "building ..." info right alongside the stats
this causes a huge portion of it to become clipped.
$ sudo nixos-rebuild --upgrade-all boot
unpacking channels...
building the system configuration...
[2/54/71 built, 103 copied (1197.1/1197.4 MiB), 720.1 MiB DL] building nvidia-settings-550.78 (buildPhase): | ^~~~~~~

- that should be shown in a separate line for readability, as follows. or
$ sudo nixos-rebuild --upgrade-all boot unpacking channels... building the system configuration... [2/54/71 built, 103 copied (1197.1/1197.4 MiB), 720.1 MiB DL] ----the suggestion 👇---- building nvidia-settings-550.78 (buildPhase): | ^~~~~~~

- the clipped aka after the last colon may be removed

No objections, but need to be careful making the progress bar multiline. This can cause other errors and UX degradation.

slight offtopic, but is there some way to make nix build to show all the output i.e. not overwrite in the same line just like nix-build does? i tried --verbose but that didn't affect this behaviour?
