Alphabetize the glossary

Problem

There might be advantages to presenting the terms in an idiosyncratic order, but the order given doesn't look very intentional to me, and I think the expectation that a glossary is presented in alphabetical order might lead people to infer that entries are missing without thinking to Ctrl-F for them.

Proposal

Sort by entry name, maybe with an automated check to ensure it stays sorted?
